What We Manage For You

Technical support covers the following.

  •  Agileware managed DNS, web server, database server, PHP configuration / modules
  •  Configuration, compatibility and issues with the hosting platform
  •  Setting up scheduled jobs, enabling PHP modules, changing PHP versions
  •  Management of the hosting Domain Names using the Agileware’s managed DNS provider
  •  Restoration of database and files using the included backup system


Support for hosted software (e.g. Drupal, CiviCRM or other approved software) is available as a separate service.

Our Service Guarantee

During business hours, we provide an 8-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA). This means dedicated action on your support request within that timeframe.

Your data is protected with multiple layers of automatic recovery and security management.

  • Automatic Daily Backups
    Sent to secure off-site servers. Backups include file revisions and a long retention period.
  • Disaster Recovery Regime
    An automatic disaster recovery regime designed to efficiently recover from host failures.
  • Managed CloudFlare
    The CloudFlare Free plan is included and managed by Agileware, providing enhanced security, performance, and an SSL certificate. Easily upgraded to CloudFlare Pro for additional security and performance.
  • DNS Management
    Agileware handles the Management of Domain Name Services (DNS) for your hosted Domain Names.

Access & Customisation

Tailor your hosting with customised management options.

  • Control Panel Access
    You are provided with Control Panel access for tasks such as accessing the file system, setting up mailboxes, and changing other hosting settings.
  • Optional Backup Delivery
    An option is available for automatic backups sent directly to a Customer’s nominated server via SFTP or SCP (additional fee applies for set up and ongoing service).
  • SFTP/SSH Access (Dedicated Plans)
    SFTP or SSH access provided for Dedicated Hosting plans. For Shared Hosting plans, access can be provided subject to approval and for a limited timeframe.
